Verlaine’s grandfather was a certified pastry chef in Paris, providing her with additional years of  experience in creating authentic French delicacies.  Pastries are mostly made to order to insure freshness. With a few old favorites on hand for the momentary indulgence.

 

Friday is a big bread day at the bakery as many people have guests for the weekend and travelers stop in for the fresh bread. Many assorted kinds and sizes can be found and all can be made to order to insure freshness. The numerous choices  include: French baguette, Wheat, White, Poolish, Walnut, Dark Rye, Sour Dough, Challah, Fougasse (Herbs Bread), Country, and Colebrook, and more.  Different kinds of croissants: plain or  with chocolate, apple, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry rhubarb and more.

 

WE PROVIDE GLUTEN FREE PASTRIES AND BREADS

Chocolate is imported from Belgium producing some of the finest hand dipped candies to be found anywhere.
