Our cabin is a two-level vacation home

 located 5 miles from Colebrook, NH

and 5 miles from the famous Balsams Grand

Resort and Wilderness Ski Area

in Dixville Notch.

The cabin sits on over 6 acres of

woods and open land, offering peace

and quiet along with stunning views

of the surrounding mountains. 

Built in 2002, this cabin offers all the

conveniences of home with a

fully applianced kitchen - gas stove,

refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,

 toaster oven, coffee maker, washer

 and dryer, satellite TV, plus a

whole lot more!

Snowmobile from the yard to Corridor 18

 offering direct access to Diamond Pond,

 Pittsburg, and the many miles of trail that

 make up the Great North Woods.

Heat is provided by an oil fired

hot air system and there is

also a woodstove (wood provided)

in the family room. 

There are two bedrooms and a bath

 on each level.  The master bedroom

 has a king size bed and TV.  There

 are two bedrooms with queen size

 beds, and a bedroom with bunk beds

and exercise equipment. 

We are located 4.8 miles from Colebrook

 Village - Take Rt. 26 east toward Dixville

 Notch 2.8 miles, bear left on East Colebrook

 Rd.  go 2 miles on the paved road, it is the

 first house on the right past the

Mohawk Grange Hall.
